Full-stack products, built to be maintained.
Web platforms, iOS and Android apps, APIs, and the infrastructure underneath, engineered to still be easy to change in year two.
Web platforms, native and cross-platform mobile apps, APIs, and the infrastructure that keeps them running. Senior engineers own each project end to end, so the person who scopes your app is the one who ships it.
We build for the second year as much as launch day: documented, tested, and structured so your team, or ours, can extend it later without archaeology. Product from zero or a rescue on something that stalled — either way, we scope it first and ship working software every week.
Typical engagements
- Web platforms and dashboards, from MVP to production scale
- iOS and Android apps: native or cross-platform, chosen for your case, not our habit
- API design and backend engineering
- Infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability
- Rescue and hardening of stalled or fragile codebases
- Technical due diligence and architecture review
How we approach it
Working software every week.
You see real progress in short cycles instead of a single reveal at the end. Priorities can change between cycles, because nothing is a black box until launch day.
Written to be read in year two.
Clean architecture, tests, and documentation ship with the code, so your team can extend it on its own. No archaeology required.
Direct access.
You talk to the engineers writing the code. Nothing gets lost in relay, because there is no relay.

Questions
Native or cross-platform for mobile?
It depends on your product. We choose based on your performance needs, team, and budget, and we say when a single cross-platform codebase is enough — or when native is worth it.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We do rescues and handovers regularly. We start with a short review of the code and infrastructure, then agree the fastest safe path to stability before adding features.
How do you price a project?
After Discover. A short, structured engagement defines scope and risk first, so the estimate is grounded in reality rather than a guess made before anyone understood the work.
Do you handle design as well as engineering?
Yes — interface design and engineering are one team here. If you already have designs or a design partner, we work to them.
What happens after launch?
We hand over documented, tested code you own outright. We can stay on for support and growth, but you are never dependent on us to keep the product running.
