A dandelion seed travels a long way before it takes root. We named the firm after that because it is what good software has to do — reach the people who need it, and the search engines and AI assistants they ask, and then hold on.

So we build the systems (blockchain, AI agents, web and mobile) and we do the SEO and GEO that gets them found, and we stay accountable from the first architecture decision to the first real user.

Leadership

Deepak Kumar Yadav

Co-Founder

Deepak has spent 17+ years in technology, with deep roots in blockchain, cloud infrastructure, and product delivery. He designed the FLASH Consensus protocol from scratch, a delegate-based protocol that settles in about five seconds, and led post-quantum blockchain research as CTO of a Vancouver blockchain firm.

Before co-founding DandelionTech he ran his own blockchain and cloud consultancy, held CTO and engineering-leadership roles across startups in India, Canada, Israel, and the US, and spent his first four and a half years at IBM. On client work he still owns architecture and delivery end to end, from scoping to smart contracts to post-launch support.

What we believe

We say no to work we can't do well.

A small yes beats a big maybe. If we are not the right team for something, we say so, and often point you to who is.

We advise before we build.

The most valuable thing we do is sometimes talk you out of the expensive option. We reserve the complex tools for when they earn their place.

The people you meet are the people who build.

No hand-off from a sales team to a junior one. Senior engineers stay on your project from the first call to launch.

We hand over everything.

When we leave, you keep the code, the docs, the keys, and the ability to run it all without us.

Tell us what you're building.

A 30-minute call is enough to tell you whether we're the right fit — and what we'd do first.
